Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) allows provinces and territories to nominate foreign nationals to apply for permanent residence in Canada. Provinces and territories have their own selection criteria and guidelines for selecting qualified applicants. Successful applicants obtain a provincial nomination which may then be used to apply for permanent residence. Depending on the PNPs, you might need to apply using the non-Express Entry process or through Express Entry. Currently, there are 11 provinces/territories that offer PNPs.
