Penguin Immigration Consulting was founded by Madhab Bastakoti, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). Madhab has over five years of extensive experience in the Canadian immigration industry. Having been an immigrant himself, Madhab understands how crucial it is to have an expert advice and guidance in a life-changing decision of moving to a new country.
